How can I exchange my product? Do you offer free exchanges? How do I exchange a personalized or engraved item?

Our Exchange & Return policy includes free size exchanges within the first 30 days for domestic orders! International exchanges are $10. Anything past 30 days will need to be filed as a warranty claim or we will ask you to cover shipping costs. If you purchased directly from groovelife.com, start an exchange or refund here: https://www.groovelife.com/apps/returns/ 

❇️ We provide size and style exchanges for Groove Life products purchased from verified third party retailers such as Amazon, MATCO, ACE Hardware, Buccee's etc

❇️ If your order was placed through TikTok, all returns, exchanges, or any order issues can be easily taken care of in TikTok Shop. Head to your order page to get started with a return request. You'll have the option to return, exchange, or request a replacement item directly from there. 

❇️ If you need help exchanging a customized item or are just outside the 30 day window, please find our email in the Help Center and we will help you there!

❇️ for SIZE exchanges on belts and rings that have been personalized - you get one free! After that, we charge a fee.
❇️ for personalized wallets, we charge a personalization fee & provide you with a pre-paid return label to return the original item.
