How can I exchange my product? Do you offer free exchanges? How do I exchange a personalized or engraved item?

Our Exchange & Return policy includes free size exchanges within the first 30 days for domestic orders! The window during the holiday is extended to January 16th so you can buy with confidence.

International exchanges are $10. Anything past 30 days will need to be filed as a warranty claim or we will ask you to cover shipping costs. If you purchased directly from groovelife.com, start an exchange or refund here: https://www.groovelife.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login 

❇️ We provide size and style exchanges for Groove Life products purchased from verified third party retailers such as Amazon, MATCO, ACE Hardware, Buccee's etc

❇️ If your order was placed through TikTok, all returns, exchanges, or any order issues can be easily taken care of in TikTok Shop. Head to your order page to get started with a return request. You'll have the option to return, exchange, or request a replacement item directly from there.

❇️ Personalized Rings, Belts and wallets are final sale. The only time we will exchange it for you is if we made the error on our end.
