How do I register a product?

Go here: https://www.groovelife.com/pages/warranty to register your Groove Life product and read how the warranty works. Click on the chat bubble and type "register an item".  It will walk you through the steps. Have a photo of the item and proof of purchase on hand, ready to upload.

If you made your purchase directly from our website, your order does not need to be registered as it is already in our database. 🙌 Thank you for choosing us!
