How does the Trace wallet work? What's the warranty on the tracker card?

Battery & Lifespan
The Find My technology uses a hidden tracker card with a built-in battery that typically lasts 1.5–2 years, depending on how often the tracking feature is used.
Troubleshooting & Warranty

If this doesn’t fix the issue, please file a warranty claim.

If the tracker has issues within the first 120 days, we’ll replace it free of charge.

After 120 days, a replacement tracker card costs $10.

Compatibility & Availability
The Groove Smart Wallet Trace is not available for international orders and is not compatible with Android devices. The tracker card is specifically designed for the Groove Smart Wallet Trace and won’t fit in any of our other wallets. If you can’t see it on the website, your IP address is likely blocking it based on your location.
