I didn't get a confirmation email for my recent order. Did I get scammed?

If you recently placed an order from groovelife.com and cannot locate your order confirmation, be sure to double check your spam/junk folder. If you have a charge from SP * GROOVE RINGS but you didn't receive a confirmation email, it's very possible that you entered your email address incorrectly at checkout. Another possible scenario involves your payment method. For example, if your primary email account is Gmail but you paid using PayPal & that account has an old Yahoo address on file....the order will be placed under the Yahoo email address connected to your PayPal account.
