What is your return policy? Do you provide return labels?

We have a 30 day guarantee. You can buy with confidence knowing if it doesn't work out, we'll provide you with a prepaid return label if needed. We provide free domestic exchanges too! We really try to make it as easy as possible on our customers. *International exchanges are $10. ⚫ You have 30 days from purchase to return your order for a refund (this is extended during the holiday season)

⚫ It usually takes 5-10 business days to process a refund.

⚫ Refunds are only returned to the original form of payment.

⚫ Personalized, clearance and mystery items are final sale.

⚫ We only authorize returns on unaltered products. We refund the cost of the product + taxes, no refunds on shipping.

⚫ We cannot refund purchases made at other retailers (i.e. Amazon, Ace Hardware, etc). Please reach out to the store from which you purchased to discuss your options.
⚫ Our agents can extend the grace period past 30 days if the customer's return label or QR code has expired.
